“And people say they do not know what came over President Mahama when he came to my constituency during his nantionwide tour. When he came to my constituency that day, he dropped a lot of bombs. That was when he told Bawumia he would not debate him because he knows his level.”

“That same day for the 1st time, and that was the only time in 275 constituencies President Mahama mentioned names of people who had questions to answer,” he noted.

The names mentioned by John Dramani Mahama, according to Sam George included Gabby Otchere Darko, Ken Ofori Attah, and Nana Bediatuo Asante.

Following a historic electoral victory in Ghana’s 2024 general elections, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), led by President-elect John Dramani Mahama, is expected to move ahead with its bold and controversial anti-corruption initiative: Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL).

This initiative, which topped Mahama’s 120-day social contract agenda, aims to address corruption, recover stolen state resources, and ensure accountability within the public sector.
