The member of parliament for Ajumako Enyan Essiam constituency, Ato Forson has stated the people of Ajumako do not want any statue of President Akufo-Addo.

According to the leader of the NDC caucus in parliament, President Akufo-Addo and his brother Bawumia because they have not been able to do anything, they have gone to make a statue.

Speaking to his constituent in Ajumako, he said, “ “Recently, President Akufo-Addo and his brother Bawumia because they have not been able to do anything, so they have gone to make a statue, we the people of Ajumako are telling them that statue they should not bring some here, we don’t want some of his statue in Ajumako, if he has done nothing for us, it is not his face we want to see, when we see his face we see suffering”.

Ato Forson has also stated whether the NPP like it or not they will be voted out in the 2024 elections, saying, “This year if the NPP like it or not they will go home, I am saying this year if the NPP like it or not they will go home, we will uproot them like cassava it is time, enough is enough.

“They came and they are spending Ghana’s money, using it for things that are not needed, when they get the money, they are bathing in the sky didn’t you hear of that?”, he questioned.
