The Presidential candidate of the NDC John Mahama has warned his incoming appointees should the NDC be voted into power in the 2024 elections.
According to John Mahama, his appointees when appointed are caught doing the same things the NPP government was doing and are being dealt with by the anti-corruption institutions they are on their own.
Speaking to some residents at a campaign platform he said, “A warning to my appointees if you come into office and you do the same things that NPP has done and the anti-corruption institutions are dealing with you that will be your matter, I will have nothing to do with it, we need a government that will really protect the public purse, not a government that will promise protect the purse and steal the purse now the purse is not even there”.
John Mahama further went on to call on Ghanaians to join the NDC in resetting the country.
“The time has come I call on all Ghanaians to rise up let us not lose hope because the NDC is going to come with better governance, we are going to reset the country, economy, and attitudes to make Ghana a better place for the young people”, John Mahama reiterated.
