Shatta Wale, whose real name is Charles Nii Armah Mensah, is one of the Ghanaian artists who has built a successful career through hard work, without the backing of any record label.
According to him, “To succeed in Ghana, it is crucial to cultivate self-reliance and direction. Channel your energy into personal growth and avoid idle chatter”.
Over the years, Shatta has always mentioned how the entertainment industry has been unfair to him yet he remains steadfast in his pursuit to carry himself along because he has a vision to be an influential face African music.
