Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Sam Nartey George has revealed he is ready to go on a naked demonstration together with some Kantanga fellowoods.
The MP was reacting to an X post by Katanga Fellowood asking for logistics for a naked demonstration when he made this known of his willingness to partake in the protest.
Their post read, “we need logistics to bus fellows from all 16 regions in Ghana to embark on a naked demonstration in Accra! Who will sponsor us? Kindly message us!
The member of parliament also indicated of his willingness to fund the Katanga demonstration calling for the release of some arrested persons during a protest.
“Count me in. Citizens, no matter how uncomfortable, must be allowed to have a voice. I’d put my money where my heart and mouth is. Let’s go!” the MP wrote on X.
The planned naked demonstration by the Katanga is in line with reaction by some angry Ghanaians who have taken to social media to pressure the government and the Ghana police service to release some 39 persons arrested over the weekend for their participation in a #end galamsey now demonstration.
