After days of being in hiding after pouring acid on her boyfriend, the police has apprehended the culprit, who is said to be named Faustina Odonkor.
Ghana Police picked her up in an undisclosed location in the full glare of the public.
During her arrest, residents of the area could be heard hooting at her for killing her boyfriend, with the videographer saying, “you see how powerful social media is.”
Faustina poured acid on her boyfriend, leading to his untimely death. The horrific act is said to have occurred following a heated altercation between the couple.
