A British traveler has praised Ghana as one of the safest countries he has ever visited.
According to the British traveler Ghana is 100 percent safer than both the USA and London.
Speaking in a self-recorded video, the British man narrated, “Ghana is one of the safest places I have been to, people have been asking me for things if anything they were looking out for me. For instance, if I had my phone or money hanging out of my pocket they would be like be careful.
But when I am playing football I leave my stuff and my cameras, my phone on the side near where I am playing the football, a passer-by is passing by after I played my stuff is still there.
In London, you are advised to even walk around with your phone in your hand like being on your phone because of the snatchers.
Everyone was friendly when I was getting stopped by locals it was to talk to me just to find out maybe where I am from”.
The traveler also criticized a recent U.S. government advisory that labeled Ghana a “red zone” for travelers, calling the warning misleading.
In his view, Ghana is not only peaceful and secure but also far safer than the United States, which he has also visited.
He continued, “When people say Ghana is unsafe I don’t know what they are talking about it is 100 percent safer than London. Here you have to be looking after your shoulder in Ghana everyone is minding their own business going on with their lives living peacefully.
So recently I heard Trump put Ghana in the red zone for traveling I have been to the States I have been to Ghana and I feel safer in Ghana than I do in the States 100 percent”.
He further advised travelers planning to visit Ghana saying, “So if you are planning on going to Ghana book the flight it is safe to go alone, it safe to go with people, it safe to go when you are not from there get on that plane. Don’t be listening to the news Ghana will welcome you”.
