Kevin Taylor, a US-based vlogger has fingered NPP’s Lord Commey for building on a state land.
According to Kevin Taylor, the former Director of operations at the Presidency Lord Commey is constructing at the AU village at Cantonment which is a state land.
He further claimed that Ridge Condos are fronting for Lord Commey in the construction ongoing at the AU village.
Kevin Taylor wrote on X, “This construction is ongoing at the AU village at cantoments and it’s on a state land the project belongs to Laud Commey but the ridge condos guy is fronting for him. I will be back”
Reports have suggested Lord Commey has ‘trashed’ a court restraining order requesting him to stop developing land which is in court.
Lord Commey and Sinocom Development Communication Technology Ghana Ltd are in court over who is the legal owner of the 3.35 acres of land in Tse-Addo in La, Accra, behind the Ghana International Trade Fair.
Regardless of facing contempt charges in court, Lord Oblitey Commey allegedly directed his boys to go and commence work on the land over which he is fighting an expatriate company in court.
Lord Commey is alleged to be involved in countless land-grabbing cases in the country.
Meanwhile, John Mahama’s ORAL team have been conducting a field assessment on state lands captured within Greater Accra.
The team has been tasked to reclaim all stolen loots including state properties, lands and money stolen by the appointees under the outgone Akufo-Addo Bawumia government.
