The member of parliament for Ningo-Prampram Sam George has alleged that former President John Mahama secured about 68.45% of the special votes cast yesterday.

According to Sam George, he is confident with the NDC exit polls they did special voting.

Speaking on Good Morning Ghana, Sam George stated, “I am confident with the exit polls we did, with the security services the special voting that happened yesterday President Mahama has secured 68.45% of special voting”.

“That is like a landslide move our serious exit polls 68.45% almost 69% of the special votes when straight for President Mahama, we must protect it nobody must switch it, especially the presidential ones”.

Sam George further went on to urge the NDC supporters to protect the armory where the ballots are being kept, saying, “ Please don’t go to bed don’t assume that because it is in the armory you are going home to sleep, the vigilant must start from today, run a shift 24 hours, at the armory don’t interfere with the police work but be present there to be sure that nothing goes out nothing come in until those boxes are taken out after the close of election on the 7 December”.

“We will break the party seals we put there and then ensure that the votes that the security service and electoral commission staff and all special voters”, he added.

The member of parliament further reiterated that even if the NPP walks with their head on the floor this election they are going home.
