Tyler Perry paid us for using our song- Kofi Nti reveals

Ghanaian Highlife Sensation has revealed that, they were duly paid by Hollywood’s Tyler Perry for using their song in his movie.

Tyler Perry known for his Black American casted movies used in his music score “kasa na mente wonne”, in one of his movies which drew lots of royalty attention. In an interview with Onua TV, Kofi Nti, revealed that, they through their lawyer contacted Tyler’s team and the royalty due them were highly paid amidst every necessary arrangements.

The song which had Kofi Nti and Ofori Amponsah follows the recent Ghanaian songs that have been used in Hollywood movies. The recent one which signaled a big win was Bisa K Dei’s “Asew” track used in a Christmas movie.
