NPP is a declining party, forget about them – Alan Kyerematen

The Presidential Candidate for the Movement for Change, Alan Kyerematen has taken a dig at his former party, NPP saying the party is in a declining and diminishing stage of its activeness.

During his turn on GBC’s Presidential Ecncounter program, Alan who is a founding member of the ‘Elephant’ Party, mentioned that, it was time for him to leave the party that nurtured his political career after three decades. He also added that some people believed he had stayed too long in the party and given others the chance for them to also lead.

He mentioned that, Ghanaians should forget about the NPP because it is declining party in its current phase. He shared that, the NPP that he knew from the Adu Boahen era is not the same NPP Ghanaians are currently experiencing, hence his description that it is declining.

“Forget about the NPP, it’s a declining Party’’, Mr Keyerematen said.

According to him, his Movement for Change is touting the ‘’The Great Transformational Plan’’, designed to build an enterprise economy in Ghana and eventually lead to Jobs for the People and Cash for the People.
