The ruling, delivered on Monday November 11, followed an earlier adjournment in the case, where the NDC sought for the court to lift the injunction on its candidate and dismiss the substantive disqualification. On the previous occasion, the court had adjourned the application after a request by Edudzie Tamakloe, one of the lead counsels representing Ms Cudjoe

Reacting after the verdict, the wife of Keche Andrew, expressed her deepest appreciation to her legal team led by Lawyer Edudzi Tamakloe and Lawyer Thaddeus Sorry for their tireless efforts to see that her case is cleared for her to embark on her victorious campaign for the seat. She expressed that, her case is similar to the case of Job in the Bible, thereby declaring that, Justice delayed is not justice denied.
