Breaking News: Vehicle in Mahama’s running mate Jane Naana convoy attacked

A disturbing incident has occurred on the Akosombo-Accra highway, where a vehicle in the convoy of Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang, the vice-presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), was attacked.

The incident allegedly involved a police outrider leading a convoy of New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters.

According to eyewitnesses, the attack occurred between Akuse and Kpong on November 29, resulting in a smashed windshield.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

The driver of the attacked vehicle suspects that the other convoy was indeed affiliated with the NPP.

Professor Jane Naana’s team was returning from a two-day campaign tour in the Oti Region when the incident occurred.
