We will not accept judicial activism – Sam George

Member of Parliament (MP) for Ningo Prampram, Sam George says it will resist any attempts by the Supreme Court to deprive them (NDC) of being the majority group in parliament.

According to him, the NDC will only listen to the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin and no one else.

“We are not going to accept judicial activism from the bench and we listen to the speaker. We are the majority and today we will elect the 2nd deptuy speaker and we will proceed and I think after we do that the speaker should adjourn the house indefinitely,” he stated.
