According to reports, the NPP supporters claimed they did such an evil because Dr. Bawumia is about visiting the constituency and they wanted to welcome him.

Supporters of the New Force in the area who were not having it angrily took off the banner of Dr. Bawumia to make Nana Kwame Bediako’s banner visible once more.
