An old video has popped up of the Founder and General Overseer of the International Central Gospel Church, Pastor Mensa Otabil warning Ghanaians they can vote for a party that can create hardship.
In the viral old video of the man of God, he was speaking to his congregants about praying that the citizens of Ghana would make intelligent choices.
Pastor Otabil stated, “So you can actually vote for a party which can punish you, yes, they can punish you and create hardship for you, but because you see it like supporting Olympics of Accra Hearts of Oak you still support although the policies are not favoring you, it is not about party colors”.
“A nation becomes what its citizens vote for, sometimes we pray we say let pray for the nation, that God will bless the nation, we have to pray that the citizens will make intelligent choices because if the citizens don’t make intelligent choices God is not coming to rule Ghana for us”, he reiterated.
Meanwhile, Ghanaians are facing various hardships in the country, including constant increases in food prices, frequent power outages, and water pollution by illegal mining (galamsey), citizens are grappling with all these difficulties when the government painted a different picture to them four years ago.
With barely two months to the December polls, Ghanaians are once again being reminded of the words of Pastor Mensa Otabil to pray that citizens make intelligent choices on December 7.
