Okyeame Kwame has offered his current single “stop galamsey” on a silvaer platter to political parties and environmental advocates to use for their campaign.
During every election, the campaign songs by the various political parties play a significant role in their campaign tours. The sound of your political party’s campaign song can make you smile and reaffirm your allegiance to the party inciting the high urge to queue and vote for them.
On the back of this, Okyeame Kwame, popularly known as the Rap Doctor has said, political parties who want to campaign strongly on the line of the devastating nature of illegal mining in the country can use his new song free of charge for their campaign. He also shared that, advocates against the illegal mining menace can also do same, because the song is for a good cause and the message in there can bring about change.
He shared the inspiration behind his song as his contribution to the betterment of the world. Detailing how much it costed him in the production of the song, the Made in Ghana Ambassador shared that, he funded the project all by himself without support but he feels when he gives its usage off for free, it will help him attain his love declaration for the world.
