Yaw Buaben Asamoa a leading member of the Movement for Change has fired shot at the Presidential candidate for the All-People’s Congress (APC), Hassan Ayariga.
In a video that has since gone viral Mr. Yaw Buaben Asamoa can be seen very infuriated by the EC decision not include all thirteen presidential candidates in the balloting process but split the political party’s candidate from the independent candidates.
Yaw Buaben Asamoa who did not take kindly to Hassan Ayariga responding to his question to the EC, stated, “We are Independent, and we have asked a question of the commission he has no business in responding to our concerns, does he have the authority, did we qualify differently”.
He further added all thirteen presidential candidates qualified equally so on what bases is Hassan Ayariga saying the Movement for Change have no structures. “We had structure enough to qualify, you have no bases speaking for the commission sit down”. He said angrily
The balloting of position for the 2024 election took place on Friday, September 20, 2024 and was conducted by the Electoral Commission.
