John Dumelo an actor and farmer cum politician has asked Lydia Alhassan why cities in Ghana like Accra, Kumasi, and Takoradi are still dirty.

The NDC parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon questioned what Lydia Alhassan who the Water and Sanitation job at the ministry.
According to John Dumelo, the minister has not even bothered to visit the polluted galamsey rivers across the country.
John Dumelo said, “I have questions for the minister of sanitation and water resources. Why is Accra still dirty? Why is Kumasi and Takoradi still dirty? Why hasn’t the minister even visited water bodies polluted by galamsey activities to show concern and even pretend to care?”.
