What Aisha Haung told this anti-galamsey protester in prison

One of the 53 arrested persons of Democracy Hub Protest, Dorcas Sherifa Sulemana has revealed what Aisha Huang, the notorious galamsey Kingpin revealed to her.

According to Dorcas Sherifa Sulemana, she was moved from the Dansoman police cells after spending three days and taken to the Nsawam Prison.

Speaking on Onua TV morning show Maakye, she revealed that during her time at Nsawam, she met Aisha Huang.

The protester revealed that Aisha Huang was shocked she was arrested for protesting against galamsey, something that got her sent to prison.

According to her Aisha Huang said, “Me, my news. You, your news. I come to Ghana do galamsey, they catch me. You, you say, stop galamsey, they catch you, which is which?”

Meanwhile, about 52 protesters have since been released on bail.

Aisha Huang was accused of being involved in galamsey, especially in the Ashanti Region. She was deported from the country in 2018 but sneaked back into the country to engage in the same activities for which she was deported.
