The presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama has said the NDC does not want skirt and blouse voting on December 7.
According to John Mahama, he needs a parliament comprised of NDC MPs to execute his plans for Ghanaians.
Speaking on a campaign platform, John Mahama stated, “We don’t want a skirt and blouse in our way, I have gone to many places, and I have heard that the NPP knows JM will win by God’s grace in the presidential elections so they are walking about telling people that the presidential elections they know JM has won, but for the parliament they should vote for the NPP, no don’t be deceived”.
John Mahama asserted that If Ghanaians vote for him, they must also vote for the NDC MPs, he noted that for the NDC to be able to construct roads they will need to go to Parliament for financial approval.
“We must get enough of the parliamentarians in parliament so that whatever we said we will do we can do them, if someone comes to tell you to vote skirt and blouse don’t agree to do it, tell them you will vote for JM and his small brother Pious”, he reiterated.
