The son of the late former president, John Evans Atta Mills, Kofi Sam Atta Mills has blasted the second lady of Ghana, Samira Bawumia for touting her husband as an economic Wizkid to Ghanaians.
According to Kofi Sam Atta Mills, Samira Bawumia touted Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to Ghanaians as the economic Wizkid but today in government we are suffering, and the economy is in shambles.
Speaking on Onua Maakye, he said, “Extremely disappointing, that is the best word I can use, and that is me even being very charitable about my choice of words. Extremely disappointing because if you listen to the things that he propagated even against the late Vice President Amissah Arthur and what happening today you would think it is a different person or a twin brother of his.
“He has mutated into someone else; they called him the economic Wizkid, and his wife called him the economic Wizkid. Today we are suffering, today we don’t have money, today the economy is shambling so where is the wizkidness of this?”, he added.
Sam Atta Mills further claimed that he would have been happy if Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia had done well in government and would have saluted Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, but it is a complete shame.
