American-Siberian woman, Milana May made history by being the first person to swim both ways across Lake Bosomtwe.
The swimmer achieved this feat in a matter of six (6) hours to the surprise of many.
Milana who came all the way to Ghana to achieve this feat claims her Venus hands directed her to Ghana. The swimmer who has a high regard for spirituality was blessed by the gods and people of Lake Bosomtwe before she embarked on her swim.
After receiving the local blessings, Milana also went through a ritual of her own, seeking the strengthen, blessings and power from her ancestors before embarking on her adventure.
