A young man has alleged some members of the ruling new Patriotic Party (NPP), gave him and others money to fortify themselves with voodoo (juju) to foment electoral violence in the upcoming December 7, 2024 general election.
According to the young man, they have taken the money from the NPP but they will not cause any disturbances during the elections.
He indicated that he and his gang are not fools to do the bidding of the party while bigwigs of the party and their children slept soundly in their homes.
“We will take your money but we will not vote for you,” he said as he tore up an NPP shirt and set it ablaze.
“You can use your children and relatives to cause electoral violence if you wish, but we will not do that and no one can do anything to us,” he added.
