A fake dollar syndicate in Ghana has made itself public, advertising its business to the Ghanaian public.
In a video circulating online, a lady was seen displaying wads of fake dollars in bundles, offering to sell them to any interested persons.
The crispy $100 dollar bundles were going for a shocking amount.
According to the lady, each bundle was being sold for a cool Ghc90.00 and she went ahead to encourage artistes shooting music videos to come and make purchases for their videos.
Although some may consider this as another person’s hustle, it is actually a crime to create a duplicate of counterfeits of any currency.
There is a high possibility for what some will consider as a harmless business to end in the aiding and abetting of fraudulent activities such as money scams in the country.
