A trotro mate has been arrested for wearing a Prison service uniform.
According to reports, a Prison officer arrested the Trotro mate for wearing their uniform to conduct his Trotro bus.
The information gathered however suggests that the trotro mate claims the prison service uniform belonged to his late who was in the Prison Service.
In a viral video shared by EDHUB, the trotro mate was seen being directed away from his trotro bus by a man in a Prison Service uniform.
Meanwhile, according to a lawyer, Kofi Opare Hagan, “The law restricting the use of military uniforms by civilians, as cited, applies only to military uniforms actually used by ‘a’ Military. Whether they have stopped using it or not is immaterial. But that uniform must have been part of military wear in Ghana or abroad”, he revealed.
