The Presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Mahama has accused the NPP and government of publishing fake opinion polls.
Speaking at an NDC campaign event, the flagbearer of the NDC stated boldly, “all the credible opinion polls have predicted that NDC is going to win and so because of that the NPP and government has started publishing fake opinions polls, polls that have no methodology, polls where you cannot find the people who did the research”.
John Mahama urged Ghanaians to disregard fake opinion polls by the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) stating “everything indicates, and every credible institution, economic intelligent unit, Fitch solutions, Global Info Analytics every proper poll shows NDC is going to win”.
He acknowledged that the NDC must not be complacent despites these indications and must protect every single persons vote.
“In this election all of us are going to be polling agents. From the 7th to the 9th December none of us is going to sleep, we are going to be awake till every single vote is counted and till the electoral commissioner Madam Jean Mensa declares that NDC has won the 7th December election, ” He reiterated.
