Member of Parliament (MP) for Awutu Senya East, Davis Hawa Koomson, has taken political campaigning to a whole new level by sharing bottles of cooking oil and tin fish to her constituents.
The cooking oil and tin fish have been branded with pictures of the MP and the Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
In the past, Ghanaian politicians have been known to influence voters by sharing electronic gadgets and money during elections.
Hawa Koomson’s choice of ‘bribe’ for her constituents has been considered cheap, as some voters believe she could have done better.
