Over thousand beneficiaries of NABCO have vowed to protest at the jubilee house one week before the December election over months of unpaid allowances.
The coalition of NABCO Trainees is threatening to picket the jubilee house if the npp government fail to pay their allowances, which have been in arrears for over 12 months, by the end of November.
in a petition co-signed by key organizers David Peterson, Nana Tachie Eric, Deborah Enam Sogbey, and Nana Berimah Asamoah, the trainees urged the national peace council urgently intervene and push the government to settle their outstanding allowances which has been overdue since 2021 . The trainees expressed that this appeal comes after no resolution was reached with the President’s office and relevant ministries, leaving many members in a financial crisis.
