The National Communications Director for the NPP, Richard Ahiagbah has described the 24 hour economy policy proposed by the NDC is a complete sham and the greatest deceit of all times.
In an interview with Channel One TV, the communications Director expressed that, since the trumpeting of their policy, the NDC neither its flagbearer or communications team have been able to clearly explain into details and understanding what the policy really means. He said a 24 hour economy is demand driven and all examples shared by each NDC communicator are totally uninformed.
According to him, the NDC has not been able to come out clearly to explain to Ghanaians what policies they will or have put in place to create the demand that will require the effectiveness of their 24 hour economy. He described the NDC’s examples they give when explaining their policy as putting the cud before the horse which in its entirety does not amount to anything.
Mr. Ahiagbah also shared that if there are no demands or policies to stimulate the economy, the existence of a 24 hour economy becomes redundant. He stressed that, if there are no booming economy, the demand for a shift system by an organization as proposed and preached by the NDC will never come into fruition, thereby making their policy a complete sham.
