It has been revealed that Ghanaian-born German international football star, Gerald Asamoah’s free open-heart surgery program cost €250,000 (GH¢4.4 million).
According to an X page, Gerald Asamoah has bid farewell to doctors and nurses following a successful open-heart surgery program.
Over 40 doctors and nurses from the Gerald Asamoah Foundation in Germany stormed Ghana last week for their annual free open heart surgery program.
After a successful open-heart surgery program, benefiting 28 children through the Gerald Asamoah Foundation.
The estimated operational cost is detailed to be €250,000 (GH¢4.4 million)
The charity initiative is championed by a Ghanaian-born German international football star, Gerald Asamoah.
Each year, the Foundation embarks on a journey to Ghana as an act of giving back to Gerald Asamoah’s country of his birth.
