Chelsea Captain Reece James will be unable to feature in any of the club’s games till 2025.
James has picked up another hamstring injury that will keep him out of action as he prepares for another physical and mental journey of recovery.
The player is devasted with the injury as he only made a comeback to the team recently.
James has only managed 654 minutes of football since being named skipper 15 months ago and has the full support of his team and management in his recovery process.
Chelsea will be without their captain for their toughest period of the season. In December, they have nine matches, including big clashes against Aston Villa and Tottenham.
James will receive the best possible rehabilitation programme by Chelsea to ensure a smooth and quick recovery.
His future at the club is however uncertain as the club may have no option than to let him go if his injury setbacks continue.
