Renowned Ghanaian actor Prince David Osei has once again thrown his weight behind the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ahead of the upcoming elections.
In a recent post on X, the actor shared a video of a passionate woman expressing her unwavering support for the NPP despite the current economic crisis the country faces.
She confidently disclosed how she will vote for the party again because she and her household have personally benefited from the current government.
“I’ll still vote for NPP whether good or bad I’m making no changes I won’t vote for anyone else. If for nothing at all, I’ve experienced Mahama’s administration before and it was nothing to write home about but at least, I have benefited from the free SHS policy from the NPP. My household and I will vote for Akufo Addo again because my sister has 5 children and they are all beneficiaries of free SHS” she said among other testimonies she gave about the government.
The actor captioned the post, “At least some are grateful, what other testimony do you need? Vote No. 1. It’s possible”, urging Ghanaians to consider the positive impact of the NPP and make a similar choice at the polls.
The tweet is quickly gaining traction, sparking conversations around loyalty to the party and the tangible benefits of its policies.
As the election draws near, the actor’s public endorsement is a reminder of the influential role public figures play in shaping political discourse and swaying voters in Ghana.
Will the support of such personalities help the NPP secure another victory? Only time will tell.
