A phone dealer has seized an iPhone 11 from a young pickpocketer after he tried selling the phone at his shop for just 700 cedis.
According to the dealer, he became suspicious after the young boy decided to sell the phone for 700 cedis. And later noticed that the phone was locked with a lady’s image as the wallpaper drawing a conclusion the young man had stolen the phone.
Upon interrogation, the boy confessed that he had pickpocketed the phone from the lady’s bag.
The phone dealer asserted that they don’t buy stolen phones and while talking to the young pickpocketer he ran off, he added that they have videos of the young man.
The phone dealer also called on Ghanaians to help identify the lady who the phone belonged to.
