Over 40 doctors and nurses from the Gerald Asamoah Foundation in Germany have stormed Ghana.
According to reports the doctors and nurses arrived in Ghana yesterday, November 4, 2024, for their annual free open heart surgery program.
In a viral spotted on social media, the doctors and nurses were all smiles arriving in Accra via the Kotoka International Airport (KIA).
The charity initiative is championed by a Ghanaian-born German international football star, Gerald Asamoah.
Each year, the Foundation embarks on a journey to Ghana as an act of giving back to Gerald Asamoah’s country of his birth.
All beneficiaries, however, have already been selected.
