O’Reilly murder: Court demand medical report of accused person to determine age

The La District court On Thursday 19, September 2024 has demanded for medical report to determine the true age of the accused in the O’Reilly student murder. 

Father of the deceased, Enock Bortei Sackey pointed out discrepancies in the accused age, which was 23 intially, then 18 when they appeared in court.

This contradiction has driven the family’s displeasure with the proceedings.

Paul Osei Adjei the Chief Inspector requested for one week extension to obtain the medical report, but the court presided over by  judge, Adwoa Benaso Asumadu-Sakyi denied the plea, adjourning the case until tomorrow, Friday at 1: pm.
