Ghanaian Gospel artiste, Obaapa Christy has finally reacted to the news of her ex-husband, Pastor Love, after been arrested and jailed for stealing from his friend.
The gospel musician in a post on her IG page noted that those who do things on their own without acknowledging God often end up on their own.
“The most humbling statement we can say is.. “WE ARE NOTHING WITHOUT GOD”And the most Powerful statement is…..”WITH GOD I CAN DO ANYTHING”.#HappyNewMonth”.
Her post has sparked controversy on social media with some people criticizing her for saying such words and others supporting her.
Pastor Love, Ex husband of the musician was sentenced to four years imprisonment after being accused of stealing a Toyota Highlander 2013 model valued at $50,000.
According to reports, pastor Love was taken to court in 2017 after he sold the vehicle which was sent down from the United States by his bosom friend named Samuel Amankwah, without his knowledge.
During the court proceedings, it was revealed that Pastor Love had cleared the vehicle from the port with his own money, which the friend was going to reimburse.
