A Member of Parliament belonging to the New Patriotic Party for the Bortianor-Ngleshie Amanfro Constituency, Sylvester Tetteh has blocked the Police surveillance camera at Tuba, with his billboard.
Captured by a Social Media User who commutes the same road that has the billboard, the Deputy Information Minister, seems not to be bothered by the effectiveness of the surveillance camera over the past few days to the Ghana Police Service. He seems more interested in his campaign than what is helping to check lawlessness on the roads and in the community.
In the post made by the Social Media User, he bemoaned how a sitting M.P will decide to block a whole 360 degrees security camera with his giant billboard and sit unconcerned. This development made him question what was wrong with everyone involved in such security-undermining action.
In a reaction to the post, Bridget Otoo, a media personality, said the call out by the one who made the post is a very important one and the police needs to turn its attention to it. The security camera has for the past months been helpful in trailing criminals. The recent of which can be made mention of the Adabraka daylight robbery.
