NDC’s Yayra Koku, has alleged the attempt by the NPP to manipulate the upcoming elections by offering large sums of money to candidates, Akua Donkor and Kofi Akpaloo to drop for John Dramani Mahama to move from the 8th position to either the 6th or 7th position.
He made this revelation in a post on X where he said, “They want to offer money to Akua Donkor and Akpaloo to drop so that HE John Dramani Mahama will drop from the 8th position to either 6th or 7th position”.
According to him, the party is still negotiating with them and have promised to give the two candidates a large amount of money if they agree to their terms.
Yayra Koku advised the NPP to accept their defeat because it is inevitable and also get ready to face accountability emphasizing that, even if Mahama’s name were placed as far as 40th on the ballot, voters would still find him and vote for him.
“NPP, the earlier you guys accept that you are going to opposition and face accountability, the best for you guys.
As the old woman said, let Mahama be number 40 on the ballot , she will still locate him and vote for him. Your Time is Up. Your Time for Prosecution is Up. The END of stealing Taxpayers money is up”he noted.
