The CEO of NextGen InfraCO has been found according to the Ghana Police Service.

In an updated statement from the Police Service, they revealed that the CEO has been found and updates would be provided to Ghanaians soon.

NextGen InfraCO is the company at the center of Ghana’s 5G supply.

According to a previous statement by the Ghana Police Service, Mr. Tony Mintah, the Chief Executive Officer of NextGen InfraCO was allegedly taken by unidentified individuals.

The CEO, Mr. Tony Mintah, is said to have been abducted at the premises of the National Communication Authority (NCA) in Accra.

Meanwhile, Minister for Communications and Digitalization, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful disclosed that Next-Gen InfraCo (NGIC), the company awarded the 5G license in Ghana, is expected to roll out the 5G network effective November 1, 2024.
