Media personality Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah has boldly stated the NDC MPs are very corrupt.
According to Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah, the parliamentarians are joking with the minds of Ghanaians and are cashing out big time in parliament.
Okatakyie Afrifa has alleged that the NDC caucus leader Ato Forson took a bribe to abandon the protest against the Bank of Ghana and its governor Ernest Addison,
Speaking on Angel TV he stated, “The parliamentarians are joking with the minds of Ghanaians, the NDC people I asked you to go and ask Ato Forson why he said he was going to the Bank of Ghana to do a demonstration for three days, when they started before 12, they stopped”.
“The NDC is very corrupt, Ghanaians gave them 137-137 to go help them, and when they went, they used it to claim the money, I am telling you plainly, the NDC MPs and the Speaker, the Speaker he collects a lot”, he reiterated boldly.
Meanwhile, the Speaker of Parliament on 7 November 2024, adjourned the House indefinitely due to the lack of business for lawmakers to deliberate on, the Business Committee failed to meet and prepare the necessary agenda for parliamentary discussions.
