President of Policy think tank, IMANI Ghana, Franklin Cudjoe says if given the chance, his team can efficiently manage the economy of the country than what the governments have done so far.
According to him everyone in the country is feeling the pains the economy has brought due to how the government has been of great disservice to the nation since its assumption of office. He expressed disappointment how the Vice President is actually running away from the aspects of the economy that needs to be spoken about.
He bemoaned how inflations, high interest rates and even the recent debt restructuring have put the businessmen and individuals whose moneys were affected in bad shape. He shared how Sri-Lanka has been able to turn things around with their economy, reporting an inflation of 0.7% after accessing even lesser money than Ghana from the IMF.
On the back of all arguments and comments, he shared that, he believes his IMANI team and himself if given the chance can manage the economy well than what has been done over the past years.
