The second Lady, Samira Bawumia has touted his husband, the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as a man who is honest and hardworking.
The second lady who has been captured during this campaign time as heavily campaigning for his husband said during a book launch that, Dr. Bawumia is a man bursting with ideas and having the solutions for the country’s problems. She added that, the Vice President is a man who does not do same thing and expects different results, hence the country should vote massively for him to change the fortunes of the country.
“He has solutions to our problems. Dr Bawumia is a very intelligent man. He’s an honest man. He works very hard and applies himself. This is a man bursting with ideas. He doesn’t do the same thing and expect different results. Bawumia is always thinking outside the box,” she said.
Samira Bawumia praised the digitalization drive as a key solution, saying with the way the country’s economy is expanding, there is the need to embrace the agenda of his husband to bridge the digital divide and help curb corruption which has become a generational government canker
“With his digitalization drive, we’re now in a position where the economy is expanding beyond where it would have been. Thanks to these digital platforms, we are creating efficiency and eliminating corruption”, she added.
