The Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has revealed that he is in politics to help Ghanaians who are suffering in the country.
In a meeting with the entertainment industry, Dancehall king Shatta Wale sought to know the NPP’s plan for the youth on the streets and asked the NPP flagbearer to speak in pidgin.
According to Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia who spoke in pidgin he knows how people on the streets are suffering because he was also a hustler some time ago and he is now in politics to help Ghanaians who are suffering.
Dr Bawumia said in pidgin, “Wetin you say, the thin be say me wey adey politics, the thin wey dey my heart ebi the people, the people wey de suffer for the country”.
“The thin wey adey do all be how ago fit help the people, so one of the things wey u de see, we take free education come e help, digitalization too de help plenty, because wey u dey ur mobile phone top, nobody fit ask bribe eno biso, u go fit apply for anything on your phone top den u get im, so digital dey help everybody. Me I come government I shabi de thin ago do wey go help everybody. Dr. Bawumia reiterated in pidgin.
