Ghanaian media personality and broadcast journalist, Paul Adom-Otchere has said the Former President John Mahama presided over activities of galamsey kingpin Aisha Huang.
In a recent episode of Good Evening Ghana on Metro TV Adom-Otchere stated boldly that John Mahama president over Aisha Huang who has now been incarcerated by the Akufo-Addo government.
Adom Otchere said, “this are the deceptions in politics that we are fighting every day, you presided over Aisha Huang then you come and tell us that the youth have the right to protect the future in respect to issues like the destruction of the environment through illegal mining”.
He added that John Mahama has a clear record and a background for not arresting nor prosecuting galamsey Kingpin Aisha Huang.
Aisha Huang was accused of being involve in galamsey, especially in the Ashanti Region. She was deported from the country in 2018 but however sneaked back into the country to engage in the same activities for which she was deported.
She has however been jailed for four and half years by an Accra High Court.
