Vice Presidential Candidate of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Roman Fada has been the object of ridicule following the death of Presidential Candidate of the party, Akua Donkor.
With Akua Donkor perceived to be the financier of the party and the richest amongst the two, Ghanaians have questioned if the GFP will still have the financial muscle to contest the December 7, 2024 elections.
Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as LilWin, has also joined the fray, inquiring if the Roman Fada will go to Akua Donkor’s family for funds to run his campaign or have money stacked somewhere to finance his candidature.
“We all know that Akua Donkor chose Roman Fada as her running mate. But my concern is whether her family will provide him with the money she used for her nomination or if he will have to use his own,” he asked in a video.
LilWin added that Roman Fada might drop out of the race because of financial difficulties.
“Given the current situation, I doubt Roman Fada will have enough funds to campaign effectively. So, winning the elections seems unlikely for him,” he laughed him off.
