A netizen has exposed the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for using the same lying tricks as his master driver President Akufo-Addo.
According to the Facebook user, the Presidential candidate of the NPP is using the same lies and the same format as President Akufo as prices of electricity tariff remain high despite Akufo-Addo’s promise in 2016.
In a viral video shared by a social media user to expose the lies of Dr. Bawumia President Akufo-Addo In 2016, then in opposition, stated on a campaign platform, saying “When we come to the office the electricity tariffs we are coming to reduce them, we are coming to reduce the electricity traffic”.
Still in power and contesting for the 2024 presidential elections, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is saying the same things as his boss on the electricity traffic.
Also speaking on a campaign platform Dr. Bawumia boldly stated, “I want to reduce the prices of electricity in Ghana, I want to reduce the electricity price. Today in Ghana electricity prices are high”.
With a few weeks for Ghanaians to decide their next president for the next four years, there is a trend on social media for Ghanaians to vote wisely in the December polls.
