Lady apologizes to Ghana Police Service for false information

A lady by name Priscilla Kyeremaa with user name Empress Papa A –Amigos has offered an unqualified apology to the Ghana Police Service the propagation of false information regarding Elrad salifu Amoako’s arrest

In a post made by the lady on her Facebook page on November 4, 2024, she alleged that, the embattled son of Bishop Salifu Amoako who was remanded by the Juvenile court in connection to the accident that resulted in the death of two young girls, is being shielded by the police and not at the osu juvenile correction center in Osu as was earlier reported.

The Police service refuted the claims made the lady and other social media users stating that, it was not factual. They called them out to do the needful or will face justice by the law. The Ghana Police found the claims made Priscilla Kyeramaa and others as unfortunate.

Priscilla in her apology letter to the Ghana Police Service agreed to peddling falsehood  without due diligence to fact check her information before publication. She promised to be an advocate against misinformation advising that it is a breach of the law and that it is imperative to refrain from it.

Elrad Salifu Amoako, according to the Ghana Police Service will appear before the Juvenile and family court today, November 7, 2024 after being remanded.
