A concerned resident of Kasoa has expressed frustration over the management of the country’s economy by successive governments.
“The economy is in poor shape, but what stings most is how successive governments have let us down.
Many of Kwame Nkrumah’s projects have been abandoned and left to decay.
Ghana’s neglect of maintenance is costing us dearly,” he said during Citi FM’s #CommunityForum.
He highlighted the prolonged issue of deteriorating roads in Kasoa, which has worsened in 2023.
The ongoing rainfall has exacerbated the situation, affecting many residents, especially road users who are forced to endure hours of traffic to reach their destinations.
After numerous unsuccessful attempts to address these concerns, the frustrated residents are calling on authorities to take immediate action to fix their roads.
