Church of Pentecost Peace Campaign Team Member, Apostle Dr. Samuel Gakpetor has warned men of God that inconsistent prophecy on elections are affecting the Christian faith.
According to him, little by little, the confidence in the faith, that Christian followers have in God and some gullible minds get sidetracked because of this because of this division in prophecies.
Speaking on GTV Breakfast Show, he said, “But everyone is interested in who becomes the next president, number one God speaks we don’t want to dispute that, and then number two the only challenge is that once we speak from different angels the impact on Christianity is huge because you say God says A would become the president, another says God says B would become the president”.
“Little by little, the confidence in the faith, that our followers may have in our God and some gullible minds may get sidetracked because of this because of this division. it is extremely important that all of us who are ministers of the gospel would be careful when God speaks find ways of communicating it to the people who are involved without destroying the peace”, he added.
Apostle Dr. Samuel Gakpetor added that the people men of God lead belong to different parties, once they speak for one, they have already divided the people.
